“I have been practicing hatha yoga for some time now and have always been intrigued about holding a certain pose for some time. The longer I held, the more flexible I felt later in those body parts of the pose. Then I got introduced to Yin yoga sessions by Sujata maam and I started enjoying it more. My hamstrings were very tight before I started and after doing Yin for almost a year now I feel stronger, more flexible, and above all I experience a sense of peace. I feel blessed to have teachers from Yogarogya in my practice 🙏”.
