Yog Arogya is an initiative of The Yog Circle which focuses on the holistic well being through Group Classes, 1-1 individual classes and Self practice with videos.Arogya – Arogya in Sanskrit means “overall well-being” and “health of mind, body and spirit.”.
At ” Yog Arogya ” focus is on overall health through Asanas (Hatha, Power Yoga), Pilates, Meditation, Pranayama, and much more. We curate special classes for senior citizens with our Gentle Yog classes and a special class for women to deal with the Symptoms of (peri) menopause.
With students’ progress in mind, our team of highly experienced certified teachers curates every class to provide holistic health through optimum strength and flexibility, better breathing, relaxation and meditation. Our team of teachers have the experience of teaching over 1000 students, and are trained to observe and modify each practice to suit the needs of the variety of members be it in-person or virtually.
