I will like to express my gratitude to all the teachers of The Yog Circle. I attend your pranayama sessions as well as the gentle yoga for senior citizens. You all are so good. What I like is your professionalism, without commercialism. But at the same time you are friendly. Every action is scientifically explained to us. Very patiently you teach us and make sure that we all are doing it correctly. After the session I have never felt tired , no aches, neither muscles nor joints. I personally am extremely benefitted by these sessions. My flexibility and stamina has increased and so also my confidence which is very important at my age.
