“The online yoga classes (group and 1-1) helped me both mentally and physically. Teachers are not only experts in their fields but also committed to each student’s wellbeing. They always give alternative asanas depending on individuals’ needs and abilities while encouraging all students to reach to their capacity. The classes are not just about physical asanas; teachers are always integrating breath, meditation and yoga philosophy into classes. I feel very lucky I could be a part of this wonderful community living in the USA and connecting with the Yog teachers in India.”
