What is Mindfulness? 

An exploratory and experiential session on the practice of Mindfulness. 

Details: 2 hours

Date: 2 Saturdays, Sep 21st and Sep 28th ; 9:00am – 10:00am 

Members can use their subscriptions to attend.

An exploratory and experiential session on the practice of Mindfulness. 

It is open to those new to the practice as well as experienced practitioners that are keen on discovering the heart of Mindfulness practice and what it means to embody it in our daily lives. 

It will cover the essence of the practice informed both by Buddhist Psychology as well as contemporary findings from neuroscience and psychology that.can. be held in an integrated way.

About Facilitator: Sandy Dias Andrade

Sandy is the Founder-Director at Just Being and is a Mindfulness & Presence Oriented Psychotherapist, MBCT Facilitator, Lead Trainer and Teacher for the Mindfulness & Presence Oriented Psychotherapy and Mindfulness Based Counseling : Listening with Embodied Presence courses, Mentor for Mindfulness Based Trainings and curator and mentor to the applied mindfulness based programs.
