Manage Blood Pressure through ancient Yogic Practices

Who should do this workshop?

Anyone Suffering from Blood Pressure can join, irrespective of the medication. He / She should be sincere enough to do self-practice from the very 1st class.

What is covered in the workshop?
Course Covers Breath Awareness, Simple and effective asanas, Pranayama, Mudras, Bandhas, Meditation to Tackle stress-related symptoms, and Weekly Videos for Self-Practice.
At the end of the Course, themember develops mindfulness towards handling blood pressure symptoms through breath control and other ancient yogic techniques.

Duration: 12 Weeks. 20th Sept. to 15th Dec.
Timings: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7am to 8 am IST
Tuesday’s Session will be Main Session and Thursday’s session a revision and Practice.

Free Video Access: On Every Tuesday after the Main Session we will send 20 to 30 mins
Free Video for Members to Practice which they can access till the workshop ends. +1 month
Free Video contains the Practices taught in Main Session
